ZUTATEN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Dairy
- 🧀 2 pieces of baby cheese (30g)
Condiments
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp white toasted sesame seeds
Seafood
- 2 packets of bonito flakes (8g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the baby cheese into 5mm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds gently. Add the cheese cubes and mix carefully. Divide the mixture into two portions and shape into rice balls using plastic wrap.
Place the bonito flakes in a tray and coat the surface of the rice balls evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place the rice balls in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until crispy.
