Fish
- 2 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head cauliflower
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 sprigs dill
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 🍋 1/2 lemon
SCHRITTE
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Season the horse mackerel fillets with salt, black pepper, and dill.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic, chili peppers, and anchovy fillets until fragrant.
Add the cauliflower and shimeji mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until slightly tender.
Place the seasoned horse mackerel fillets and sautéed vegetables on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Squeeze lemon juice over the dish before serving.
