ZUTATEN
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
- 🧄 A small amount of chopped scallions
Condiments
- 🧈 15–20g butter for cooking
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 2–3 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Rinse the king oyster mushrooms under running water, remove excess moisture, and slice them into 3–4 thick pieces.
Roughly chop the onion, slice the scallions, and slice the green and red chilies.
Mix the soy sauce, corn syrup, water, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and melt 15–20g of butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown, then set aside.
Add a small amount of butter to the pan and lightly sauté the onion.
Place the cooked mushrooms on top of the sautéed onion in the pan.
Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and onions, and bring to a simmer.
Add the scallions and chilies, and let it simmer briefly before serving.
