Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 whole mackerel
- 🧅 1/3 onion, chopped
- 2 chili peppers, chopped
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
SCHRITTE
Chop the chili peppers and onion finely.
Mix soy sauce, red pepper powder, cooking wine, gochujang, sugar, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Pan-fry the mackerel starting from the inside flesh side.
Once cooked, brush the spicy sauce evenly over the mackerel.
Sprinkle chopped green onion or sesame seeds on top.
