Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet mackerel (140g)
Flour
- As needed plain flour
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the mackerel into bite-sized pieces and lightly coat them with plain flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the mackerel and cook until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook until fully done.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the mackerel.
