- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Marinade
- 🥛 50g unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍅 1 tsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger

SCHRITTE
Sprinkle salt on the mackerel fillets and let them sit for 10 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Add the mackerel and coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with salad oil. Place the mackerel skin-side up and bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
