    • 1 tsp sake
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mustard
    • 🍯 1 tbsp honey

Cut the radicchio into quarters. Trim the pork loin chops and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan over high heat. Add the radicchio and grill both sides until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.

Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in the pan over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until browned on one side, then flip and cook for 3 minutes until fully cooked.

Remove the pork chops from the pan. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mustard, honey) to the pan and simmer over low heat until thickened. Serve the radicchio and pork on a plate, drizzling the sauce over them.
