- 🐟 2 large salmon fillets
- 1 bell pepper
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧀 3–4 tbsp pizza cheese
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
BBQ Sauce
- 🧄 1/2 clove grated garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 🍯 1–2 tsp honey
- 🌰 1 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
Slice the bell pepper and shiitake mushrooms into thin pieces.
Prepare the BBQ sauce by mixing grated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, honey, and white sesame seeds in a bowl.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray, top with sliced vegetables, and drizzle the BBQ sauce evenly.
Sprinkle pizza cheese over the salmon and vegetables.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
