Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🍅 5 red cherry tomatoes
- 🍅 5 yellow cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of ground black pepper
Other
- Enough flour for coating
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Marinade
- 3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
SCHRITTE
Coat the salmon fillets lightly with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan and pan-fry the salmon until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the salmon and set aside. In the same pan, prepare the marinade by mixing vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Add sliced onion and cherry tomatoes to the marinade in the pan. Cook briefly until slightly softened.
Place the salmon back into the pan and let it soak in the marinade for a few minutes.
Serve the salmon with the marinated vegetables on a plate.
