- 2 pieces fried tofu
- 10cm yam
- 1 tbsp salted kelp
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- Soy sauce, as needed
SCHRITTE
Place yam in a bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Transfer to a bowl and mix with salted kelp and pizza cheese to create the filling.
Roll fried tofu with a rolling pin to flatten, then cut along the long edge to create a pocket. Stuff the pockets evenly with the filling and secure with toothpicks.
Heat a frying pan and place the stuffed tofu pockets inside. Cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onion, and drizzle with soy sauce.
