ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 300g firm tofu
- 100g ground pork
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- sufficient amount of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 300ml water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Mince the shiitake mushrooms.
Cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
Pat the tofu dry and coat it with all-purpose flour.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Wipe the pan lightly, add sesame oil, and sauté the ground pork until it changes color. Add minced shiitake mushrooms and stir until coated with oil.
Add the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, ginger, water, sesame oil) and bring to a light boil. Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Plate the tofu and pour the thickened sauce over it.
