ZUTATEN
Essential Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🥪 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp stir-fried kimchi
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
Rice Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and black pepper in a bowl to prepare the filling.
In another bowl, mix the cooked rice with sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, and sesame seeds for seasoning.
Place the seasoned rice on a piece of plastic wrap, add the tuna mixture and stir-fried kimchi on top, and shape into onigiri (rice ball).
Pan-fry the shaped onigiri in a dry skillet until golden brown on both sides.
