- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 3cm carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- Ponzu sauce to taste
SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the leek, separate the shimeji mushrooms, and julienne the carrot.
Place leek, carrot, shimeji mushrooms, yellowtail, salt, and butter in order on aluminum foil and wrap tightly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Serve with ponzu sauce or your preferred condiments.
