- 1 piece hanpen
- 🌿 5g dried seaweed mix
- 🥬 100g lettuce, torn
Dressing
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
SCHRITTE
Rehydrate the dried seaweed mix in water and drain well.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the hanpen into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds to make the dressing.
Combine the seaweed, lettuce, and hanpen in the bowl with the dressing and mix well.
