- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- Chopped parsley, as needed
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- Black pepper, as needed
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp olive oil for sauce
- Salt and pepper, a pinch
SCHRITTE
Cut the hanpen into 8 pieces and coat both sides with flour. Chop parsley finely.
Mix the ingredients for the tomato sauce in a bowl.
Combine the egg mixture ingredients in a bowl and dip the hanpen pieces into the mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the coated hanpen pieces on both sides.
Pour the remaining egg mixture over the hanpen and cook until both sides are browned. Serve on a plate and drizzle with tomato sauce.
