ZUTATEN
Batter
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🌾 150g all-purpose flour
- 💧 150ml water
Cooking
- 1 tbsp salad oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the chives into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, beat the egg, add water, and mix. Add dashi powder, salt, and flour, then mix until smooth. Stir in tuna and chives.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spreading it into a round shape. Cook until the surface dries.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter to make two pancakes.
