- 🧂 a small amount of salt

SCHRITTE
Coat both sides of the beef sirloin with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut the marinated beef into bite-sized pieces.
Dice the vegetables (onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper) into similar bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp red wine, and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a hot pan and sear the marinated beef on high heat briefly to lock in the juices.
Reduce the heat to medium, add butter, and let it melt.
Add the diced vegetables to the pan and stir-fry them with the beef.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry everything on high heat.
Cook briefly until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp, and the beef is fully cooked.
