    • 1 tsp vegetable oil

In a plastic bag, combine breadcrumbs and milk, allowing the breadcrumbs to soak. Add ground pork, ground chicken, parsley, salt, pepper, and sugar. Knead thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky.

Cut the tip of the plastic bag with scissors and pipe out approximately 1/10 of the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll tightly and twist the ends to secure. Repeat to make 10 sausages.

Place the sausages on a microwave-safe plate and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds without covering. Let them rest for 5 minutes to cool slightly.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove the parchment paper from the sausages and fry them, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides.
