Main Ingredients
- 112g condensed milk
- 🥚 24g egg yolk
- 90g all-purpose flour
- 3g baking powder
- 300g red bean paste
- 🥚 Egg wash as needed
SCHRITTE
Mix condensed milk and egg yolk thoroughly using a spatula.
Add all-purpose flour and baking powder, then mix well.
Spread some flour on the surface and place the dough on it.
Roll the dough into a flat sheet using a rolling pin.
Divide the dough into portions of 25–27g each. Shape the red bean paste into 30g balls.
Wrap the red bean paste with the dough and seal it tightly.
Repeat the wrapping process for all portions.
Press the center of each dough ball and brush with egg wash.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
