Meat
- 300g pork neck
Marinade
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1-1/4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
SCHRITTE
Mix all marinade ingredients until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Preheat a frying pan and sear the pork neck on high heat until both sides are golden brown.
Pour the marinade evenly over the pork neck.
Add 20cc of water to the pan and bring to a boil for 30 seconds.
Reduce the heat completely and cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Increase the heat and stir the pork with the marinade until it thickens and the liquid is almost gone.
Serve and enjoy! Perfect as a side dish with rice or as a snack with drinks.
