Dressing
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil

SCHRITTE
Slice the sea bream thinly at an angle and arrange on a plate.
Mince the onion finely.

In a bowl, mix ponzu sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
