SCHRITTE
Thinly slice the turnip and remove the contents of the mentaiko.
Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and mix well.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the turnip briefly.
Add the eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked, then add mentaiko and stir briefly. Serve on a plate and garnish with green onion.
