    • 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Cut the turnip leaves into 3cm pieces, and the turnip into wedges after peeling. Microwave the leaves with 1 tbsp water for 1 minute at 600W, then drain and cool.

Cut the salmon into thirds, sprinkle with salt, and lightly coat with potato starch.

Mix the sauce ingredients (water, lemon juice, soy sauce) in a container and add the turnip leaves.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the turnip wedges until lightly browned, then remove. Fry the salmon until golden brown for about 3 minutes.
