- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), julienned
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), water-packed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts and cut them in half. Julienne the potato and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, mayonnaise, and pepper) in a bowl.
Add the kaiware sprouts, potato, and tuna to the bowl with the seasoning. Mix well.
