Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Cut the skate wing into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (ginger, sake, soy sauce) in a bowl, coat the skate wing pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove excess moisture and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), deep-fry the coated skate wing pieces until crispy.
