- 250g ground meat
Legumes
- 230g canned kidney beans
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), chopped
Canned Goods
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 50cc water
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp curry powder
- A pinch of chili flakes
SCHRITTE
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ground meat to the pan and cook until browned.
Add canned kidney beans and diced tomatoes to the pan, stirring to combine.
Mix in water, ketchup, sugar, salt, pepper, grated garlic, curry powder, and chili flakes. Stir well.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with rice, bread, or as a standalone dish.
