- 🧈 30g butter

Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp oligo syrup
SCHRITTE
Trim the stems and caps of the king oyster mushrooms, then cut them into 3-4 pieces.
Score both sides of the mushroom pieces with a knife.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
Pan-fry the mushrooms until golden brown on both sides.
Reduce the heat to low, add the sauce ingredients, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
