- 1/2 cup squid
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🍄 2 mushrooms
- 1 red chili
Condiments
- 1 tsp anchovy paste

SCHRITTE
Cut kisu and squid into bite-sized pieces. Remove mushroom stems and slice thinly.
Mince garlic and remove the stem and seeds from the chili.
In a small pot, heat anchovy paste, garlic, chili, mushrooms, and olive oil over medium heat.
Once boiling, add squid, kisu, and salt. Cook over medium heat until done.
