    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 💧 150ml water
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🥛 150ml milk
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • 🧂 A pinch of pepper

Cut the roots off the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until the color changes. Add the onion and sauté briefly.

Add butter and stir until melted. Sprinkle flour and cook until the flour loses its raw taste. Add water and consomme, mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Add milk and cook on low heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add komatsuna and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
