ZUTATEN
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 1 bunch komatsuna, chopped
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 💧 500ml water
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Thickener
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 3 tbsp water
SCHRITTE
Slice the carrot into thin half-moons, chop the komatsuna, and mince the ginger.
Massage the pork with salt, pepper, and sake in a bowl.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the eggs until semi-soft. Remove and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the pan and sauté the ginger until fragrant.
Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the carrot and komatsuna stems, stir-frying until softened.
Add the komatsuna leaves and stir-fry briefly.
Pour in the sauce ingredients and mix well. Add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
Serve rice in bowls, top with scrambled eggs, and pour the thickened sauce over.
