- 1/2 bunch komatsuna
Protein
- 150g silken tofu
- 2 slices ham
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp grated cheese
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
SCHRITTE
Cut the root off the komatsuna, wash it, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain.
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
Cut the ham in half and slice into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mayonnaise, grated cheese, and ground sesame. Add the tofu and mix well. Then add the komatsuna and ham, and toss lightly.
