Seaweed
- 1/2 sheet roasted nori
Condiments
- 1 tsp soy sauce
SCHRITTE
Wash the komatsuna thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the komatsuna in boiling water for 30 seconds, then drain and cool.
Tear the nori into small pieces and mix with the blanched komatsuna.
Add soy sauce and toss everything together until evenly coated.
