- 🐖 300g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🌱 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- A small amount of cabbage, sliced
- 🧄 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Prepare the pork by slicing it thinly. Slice the onion, cabbage, green chili, red chili, and green onion.
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and set aside.
Layer the bean sprouts at the bottom of a hot pot or shallow pan.
Add the sliced onion, cabbage, green chili, red chili, and the white part of the green onion on top of the bean sprouts.
Place the pork slices on top of the vegetables, separating each slice to ensure even seasoning.
Mix the chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and garlic in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce evenly over the pork and vegetables.
Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables release their juices.
Add the green part of the green onion, stir gently, and remove from heat.
