ZUTATEN
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp tuna sauce
- 🧅 10 stalks green onion
- sufficient amount of oil
SCHRITTE
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk them until smooth.
Add 1/2 tsp mirin and 1/2 tsp tuna sauce to the eggs and mix well.
Chop 10 stalks of green onion finely and mix them into the egg mixture.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a sufficient amount of oil.
Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan and cook until it begins to set.
Roll the egg gently from one side to the other using a spatula.
Push the rolled egg to one side of the pan, add more egg mixture, and repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used.
Remove the egg roll from the pan and let it cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
