Flour
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 1/3 cup tempura flour
- 1 tbsp glutinous rice flour
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 tbsp chopped green onion

- 🥕 3 tbsp chopped carrot
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
SCHRITTE
Finely chop all vegetables including green onion, onion, and carrot.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add water and stir in one direction until the mixture is smooth.
