ZUTATEN

- 3 strips rice cake
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp chopped yellow paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped red paprika
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 0.3 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Cut the rice cake into bite-sized pieces and prepare chopped green onion, yellow paprika, and red paprika. If using frozen rice cake, blanch it in hot water to soften before cooking.
Heat a pan with a generous amount of oil and pan-fry the rice cake until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Using the same pan, add a bit more oil and sauté the chopped green onion, yellow paprika, red paprika, and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, rice wine, sugar, and corn syrup to the pan. Simmer the sauce until it bubbles.
Add the fried rice cake to the sauce and mix well until the rice cake is evenly coated.
Finish by adding sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and serve.
