ZUTATEN
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Beef
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Combined Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
SCHRITTE
Cut the onion into 1cm slices. Slice the potato into 5mm thick pieces and soak in water. Drain and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W.
Mix the beef with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Combine sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang, and grated ginger in another bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until the color changes. Add the potato and onion, and stir-fry until the onion softens.
Add the combined seasoning and stir-fry until well mixed.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
