Seasoning

- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Vegetables
- 100g shredded lettuce
- 60g maitake mushrooms
- 60g king oyster mushrooms
- 80g grated daikon
SCHRITTE
Shred the lettuce and prepare the mushrooms by cleaning and slicing them.
Wrap the shredded lettuce and mushrooms with pork belly slices, securing them tightly.
Season the rolls with salt and pepper.
Place the rolls on a microwave-safe plate and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave the rolls for 5-6 minutes or until the pork is fully cooked.
Serve the rolls with grated daikon and drizzle ponzu sauce on top.
