SCHRITTE
Separate the maitake mushrooms into small clusters.
Heat half of the mayonnaise (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the remaining mayonnaise (1/2 tbsp), soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the mushrooms are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.
