- 8 frozen dumplings
- 🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil

SCHRITTE
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Arrange the frozen dumplings flat-side down in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
Flip the dumplings and add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until the dumplings are fully cooked.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dumplings.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and cover the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Garnish with chopped green onions and red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve hot.
