Main Ingredients
- 3 dumplings
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A dash of pepper
SCHRITTE
Defrost the frozen dumplings and prepare a bowl of cooked rice and minced garlic.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat, add 3 tbsp of cooking oil, and sauté the minced garlic until golden.
Mash the defrosted dumplings with a spoon and lightly stir-fry them.
Add the cooked rice and mix well. Season with 1 tsp of oyster sauce.
Push the fried rice to one side of the pan and crack an egg to make scrambled eggs. Mix the scrambled eggs with the fried rice once partially cooked.
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, a dash of pepper, and a pinch of sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
