Sauce
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (Optional)
Cooking Base
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Main Ingredient
- 1 (8 ounce) container firm tofu, drained and cubed
Garnish
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (Optional)
SCHRITTE
Whisk together maple syrup, pineapple juice, brown mustard, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir tofu in hot oil until evenly browned.
Stir in maple syrup mixture and continue cooking until the glaze is reduced.
Sprinkle the cooked tofu with sesame seeds before serving.
