ZUTATEN
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 60g thinly sliced beef
- 75g firm tofu, cut into pieces
- 1 green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salad oil
Broth
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 250ml water
SCHRITTE
Slice the green onion into 1cm diagonal pieces and cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add beef and sugar, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Push the beef to one side, add tofu and broth ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, water), bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Heat the frozen udon noodles in the microwave according to package instructions.
Place the udon noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over them, and top with sliced green onions.
