SCHRITTE
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Scoop out the mentaiko flesh using a spoon.
In a bowl, mix the green onion, mentaiko, sesame oil, mentuyu sauce, and sesame seeds.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the mentaiko mixture, and place the egg yolk in the center.
