ZUTATEN
Meat
- 180g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, sliced thinly
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧈 10g salted butter
SCHRITTE
Remove seeds and pulp from pumpkin, cut into thin slices (4–5mm). Separate shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Place pumpkin and 1 tbsp water in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and stir until browned. Add shimeji mushrooms and cook until softened. Add pumpkin and stir until coated with oil.
Add seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sake, butter) and stir quickly to combine.
