ZUTATEN
Protein
- 150g ground meat
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🌽 80g canned corn
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of pepper
SCHRITTE
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and stir-fry until the color changes. Add tofu and corn, and stir-fry until the oil coats them evenly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper) and stir-fry to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
