- 🧅 1/2 leek, sliced
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices of bacon, chopped
Dough
- 4 large dumpling wrappers
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Cheese
- 🧀 10g shredded pizza cheese
Herbs
- Parsley, as needed
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
SCHRITTE
Slice the leek into rounds and chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the leek until softened. Add the bacon and cook until slightly crispy.
In a bowl, whisk the egg and mix in milk, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper.
Place dumpling wrappers into aluminum cups and fill with the sautéed leek and bacon mixture. Top with shredded pizza cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven until the egg mixture is set. Remove the foil and bake until golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.
