- 🍚 300g cooked white rice
Protein
- 🥓 4 slices bacon

- 🥦 2 stalks asparagus
- 🌽 20g corn kernels

- 🧈 20g salted butter

- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- Pinch of black pepper
SCHRITTE
Trim the asparagus, slice in half lengthwise, and cut into thirds. Reserve the top third for garnish and chop the rest into 1cm pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add asparagus and bacon, and cook until browned. Remove the asparagus tops and bacon once they are golden.
Mix the cooked rice, corn, and seasonings in a bowl. Let it cool slightly.
Shape the rice into small oval balls, top with asparagus, and wrap with bacon slices to finish.
