    • 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
    • 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
    • 🧈 10g salted butter
    • 150cc water
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp consomme
    • 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
    • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • For Frying

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut the onion in half. Mince one half for the meat mixture and slice the other half for the sauce. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.

In a bowl, soak breadcrumbs in milk. Add the remaining meat mixture ingredients and mix well. Divide into 9 portions and shape into oval patties while removing air.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides.

Wipe excess oil from the pan and add butter. Push the patties to the side and sauté the sliced onion and shimeji mushrooms until softened. Add the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, flipping the patties occasionally.
