- 115g salad chicken
- 50g mizuna
- 🍅 1 tomato
Sweet Vinegar Onion Sauce
- 35g finely chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
SCHRITTE
Cut the mizuna into 3cm pieces and remove the roots. Slice the tomato into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the green onion.
Shred the salad chicken by hand into smaller pieces.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Arrange mizuna, tomato, and salad chicken on a plate, then drizzle the sauce over the top.
